Q: Can I visit Higold factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
A: My dear, it is a great honor to invite you to visit our sink factory. It takes about 1-1.5 hours by car from Guangzhou to our factory. We can arrange pick-up from Airport or hotel when you arrive in Guangzhou.
Q: Can your factory print our brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print or silver black print customer’s logo on sinks product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.
Q: Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
A: The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the sink industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep our customers in a competitive stage.

A: Normally, our sink is made of best SUS304 stainless steel. The thickness can be 1.2MM in 18gauge. Also, they can be customized according to customers' requirements.
Q: Does your handmade sink need to pay for the expensive dumping tax when export to Amercia or Canada and Australia?
A: We are specialized in stainless steel handmade sink series, including undermount, topmount and apront sinks. The most advantage of our sink products is no need to pay for the dumping tax.
